Yes. ROLN On Air is designed for aspiring creators. We care more about your willingness to learn, show up, and improve than your past experience.
You’ll be trained from the ground up, and full-time creator roles are offered only after you’ve met the program requirements.
All training and sessions in the program are conducted in English.
Our team carefully reviews every application. If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to the Trial stage, where you can experience what being an on-air creator is like before committing further.
The 3-week Trial allows you to explore whether you enjoy being on camera and if this journey is right for you.
It also helps us assess fit before offering scholarship-based training.
After the Trial stage, selected trainees will receive a RM2,000 allowance during the scholarship training period.
Livestreams are conducted from our office, located at Austin Crest.
