🎬 About The Role

ROLN Live Studio is looking for a passionate Video Editor to join our growing creative team in Johor Bahru. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who want real commercial exposure over a 12-months contract in social media and e-commerce content production. You won’t just be editing — you’ll be part of the creative process, learning how content is crafted to capture attention and drive results.

This role is for you if you:

  • Enjoy editing short-form videos and experimenting with trends
  • Pay attention to pacing, hooks, captions & storytelling
  • Want structured training and real project exposure
  • Are proactive, responsible, and willing to learn fast

Salary: Starting from RM3,000, with flexibility based on your skills and potential

Your Role in the Team

Content Editing

Edit short-form & long-form videos

You will work on captions, transitions, pacing, sound design, and trend-driven effects to ensure every video is optimised for performance and attention retention.

Creative Support

Assist in photoshoots & content capture

Support filming sessions when needed — setting up equipment, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, or assisting the team during shoots.

Platform-Focused Execution

Work on social media & e-commerce content

Edit videos tailored for different platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and product pages.
